We offer family friendly or ethical business Items to everyone. Once you pay for an Item, you’ll be able to access and download it after payment verification. That can be done from the download link at the Members Log-In Area or via the the email address you used in your registration and as a customer in your purchase payment.

Where do we get our Digital Download Items/Products?

Our “Private Creators Information” Items/Products come from “Resellers Superstore” (Master-Resale-Rights.com) online. We (i.e. the Taylor Family) led by Mike Taylor have Paid Registered Reseller Rights to purchase Items/Products and then sell them online with approval from Master-Resale-Rights.com online. Other Items/Products will be those we (TEPSite.net) created from our own Resources and Official Associates Online such as our Free Items/Products from our connection with UPCI.org various Newsletters Subscriptions.

Our Store Refund Policy

Do you offer a Refund? Yes.
We will refund the payment made if you have not received the digital item/product from download after payment from the link provided in agreement with our Terms, etc.

This will be done via the same method the payment was received (i.e. PayPal) less any cost charged from PayPal. Refunds will be made if requested after up to 7 days after purchase.

So you need to make sure you are in agreement with our Terms, Rules, etc., before you pay and submit your details for download of the purchased item/products.
